Is your child sick? Report it quickly and easily via Magister web on your PC or the Magister app on your smartphone. The school will be notified immediately.

How does it work?
Go to: https://sondervick.magister.net and log in with your parent account. Or use the Magister app on your phone and log in with your parent account. Navigate to the “Afwezigheid” section via the menu. Click on ‘Melden’ and submit the sick report.

Important:

• Sick reporting is only for illness, not for other reasons such as a visit to the dentist or doctor.
• You can only report sickness for today or tomorrow.
• On Fridays, sick reporting is only possible for Friday.
• Reporting sickness on Saturday is not possible; you can report for Monday starting on Sunday.
• When reporting sickness on Sunday, it can only be for Monday.
• If there are no scheduled lessons, you will receive a notification.
• An incorrect sick report cannot be deleted by you. In that case, please contact us by phone at 040-230 94 44.
• If your child misses an exam due to illness, please fill out this form immediately.

 Absence overview
In the menu, you can click on the “Afwezigheid” section to view a monthly list of registered absences. You can immediately see the details of the registration and whether the absence is excused or unexcused.
